I am no longer able to import photos from my iPhone to my Windows PC. I am currently using an iPhone 6s running iOS 9.1 and Windows 10. The iPhone is not locked. It up in Windows File Explorer and iTunes, although I can't retrieve the photos with either file explorer or the windows photo app. Both tell me that there are no photos on the phone, which is not correct. If I right-click on the iPhone in File Explorer, it correctly counts the photo files on the phone, but when I select import I get an error message saying "the device is unreachable" If I select "skip files with errors" it skips all the files and downloads none.
